Apartment Rental Connection Rental Credit

If you lease your apartment/rental through an ARC agent, upon move-in, and upon verification that you listed your ARC agent on your application as the referring source, as a renter, you will start accumulating a Rental Credit equal to 10% of your monthly rent up to a maximum of $1500.00!

When you are ready to make that transition from a renter to a buyer, you can Contact your ARC rental agent so that you can be assigned to an ARC Home Buying representive. Your rental credit will be computed for the number of months you have rented, and the Home Buying Representive will help you to begin the home-buying process.

Within 30 days of closing on your new home, you will be issued a check for your rental credit.

One more thing to remember is this-----as long as you are renting, please remember to keep the contact information for your ARC agent. Should you move from the initial apartment into a different apartment, make sure you let your agent assist you with each subsequent move, so that your Rental Credit will continue to accumulate.
